Mango Mule Mocktail – per serving

4 slices Cucumber
1 oz plain honey syrup
1.5 ounces Mango puree
1.5 ounces lime juice
1.5 ounces Ginger Beer
Muddle Cucumber and Honey Syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
Add the mango puree and lime juice and shake with ice for 10 seconds.
Strain over glass of fresh ice.
Top with ginger beer and stir.
Add slice of cucumber to the side of the glass.
