Aurora Catering went above and beyond for our destination wedding in St. Thomas, USVI. Chef Marty poured his love into each dish, taking special care sourcing every ingredient on the island and imagining a menu that would satisfy any appetite in a tropical setting. We had a taco bar and small bites, and our guests raved about the food. Marty’s wife Dawn made communication a cinch so that all our dietary requirements were met as well. Aurora Catering has done several events for us now — a 70th birthday garden party and two (very large) cocktail parties. Dawn is a dream to work with in the planning, and Chef Marty’s food is fantastic. We have tried and enjoyed a range of their menu items, and the presentation is amazing. And we can’t say enough about the serving staff — our guests no sooner took the final sip or bite and there was someone at their side asking if they could take their plate or refill their cocktail. You can’t do better than Aurora. I find I start looking forward to our next event with them as soon as each one is over!

The event on Friday celebrating my late husband’s life was amazing. And it’s all due to the wonderful care and delicious food provided by your team.
