Chef Marty and Dawn are a husband and wife team who has been catering in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2008. With thirteen years of experience in the catering industry, and with Dawn’s years of photography experience in the wedding industry, they bring creativity, care, and warmth to your catered experience.
After growing up at the knee of his maternal grandfather in the kitchen, learning how to filet and cook the fish he caught and to make pierogis by hand, Chef then studied at the San Francisco Culinary Institute and trained with the Michael Mina Group and Chef Todd Kniess, formerly from the CIA in Hyde Park.
Chef Marty will discuss with you ideas for the menu for your event, incorporating your style, theme and budget. His passion for food and love for what he does is palpable. He will leave you with mouth-watering ideas and inspiration for your event.
Dawn is the CEO and Catering Coordinator and will review with you all that you need for a successful event, incorporating all of the details regarding your venue requirements, advising on any rentals you may need, even referring you to our partner vendors. After these conversations, she will present you with a written proposal, outlining every detail.
Dawn’s photography background allows her to lend a visual eye to everything she plans and her background as a legal assistant gives her the groundwork for all of the necessary details that go into catering an event.
