Our Aurora Crew brightened the day of office employees with a culinary lunch, whipping up a medley of mouthwatering dishes straight from the pages of their company’s diverse Community Kitchen cookbook!
From Arepas to Bibimbap, guests indulged in flavors from their coworkers’ favorite recipes.
We really enjoy working with the Kaiser group! Recently we delivered 500 box lunches to four locations, at the same time! Meals went to four of their East Bay locations.
Our carefully crafted meals expressed gratitude, bringing food
to these dedicated workers during
the festive season.
Since we acquired Herbs & Spices Catering in July 2022, our business has been thriving. We love working with their previous clients.
Over the past 16 months, a fabulous law firm in downtown Oakland has had us come in to cater several cocktail mixers. We never tire of seeing their smiling faces & the beautiful view from the 20th floor.

I have worked for Dawn and Marty for over 7 years and it’s always a privilege. They tailor every event to their customer and always go above and beyond. I enjoy being a part of our client’s special occasions. From weddings, anniversaries, corporate galas and celebrations of life. Food has a special way to bring people together. HOLIDAY PARTY TIPS:
Planning Tips
- Hire a Pet Sitter. Give your dog a break.
- Remove anything you don’t want to get broken.
- Think about mood lighting – candles in hurricanes? Pink light bulbs in lamps? Up lights with colors in the corners?
- Scented candles are great – just not near the food!
- Please consider the environment when partying – use compostable or glass whenever you can.
- Is the outside well-lit?
Bar Tips!
- Always have a lot of water on hand – dispensers of still and fruit infused water.
- Freeze juice in ice cubes for cocktails with juice.
- Batch cocktails ahead of time in pitchers.
- Glass bottles of Pellegrino with homemade simple syrups to add are easy & delicious.
- Stock the bar ahead of time.
- Look up liquor calculators on line.
- If not renting, clean out your coolers and have plenty of ice! Start with one pound per guest.
It’s Party Time!!
- Be dressed & guest ready 30 minutes before invitation time!
- Walk through as a guest – where do I put my coat? where is the bathroom? where do I get a drink?
- Move your cars for guest parking
- Light the candles!
- Greet and welcome every guest as they arrive and take a photo with them.
- Enjoy your stress free party as a guest
